2 Yr Old Damian Sutton’s Killer Gets Life Without Parole

MACOMB COUNTY, MI – Ronald Dimambro Jr. will spend the rest of his life in Damian Suttonprison without the chance of parole for the killing of 2 year old Damian Sutton.

The 2-year-old Macomb County boy suffered brain damage after the beating at the hands of his mother’s former boyfriend.

Ronald Dimambro was convicted of beating and throwing Damian against the wall on Aug. 21, 2013 while babysitting him in the Dimambro home.

Damian Sutton died on the morning of Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2013, after being taken off of life support. Sutton had been in a medically induced coma.

The prosecution claimed that Dimambro changed his story a number of times while being questioned by police, including how long he shook the boy to get him to stop crying.

After the death of Damian Sutton, a Facebook page was created entitled Justice For Damian Sutton. It has become a place for others to post their condolences and also a means of being able to vent outrage against Ronald Dimambro Jr.
