Oakland County Sheriff’s Office Coat Drive

OAKLAND COUNTY, MI – There is still time to donate your gently used, clean, or new warm winter coats in this bitterly cold weather. oakland county coat drive

The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office is providing coats to the following list of human service agencies:

  • Baldwin Center
  • Catholic Community Response Team
  • Grace Centers of Hope, Judson Center
  • Ladies of Charity at St. Vincent de Paul
  • Matchan Nutrition Center
  • OLHSA- Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency
  • Open Door Outreach Center- Waterford
  • Pontiac Dream Center at Woodside Bible Church
  • South Oakland Shelter
  • Safe Harbor Community Services of Pontiac

This is not the complete list.

There is a great need for larger coats, especially XL, XXL, and XXXL for Men, and XL and up for women also.

Of course, we always need children’s sizes too, and we are happy to accept hats, gloves, and snow pants as well.

Please check the attached drop-off site list and get your coats donated TODAY!!

Coat drive officially ends on Nov. 30 but many of these sites will be closed for Thanksgiving and over the holiday weekend so please don’t wait!
