Kalkaska County Killer Pleads Guilty

KALKASKA, MI – Keith Allen Ferguson pled guilty on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2015 to murdering his estranged wife and father-in-law.Keith Allen Ferguson

Ferguson during Tuesday’s court proceeding yelled obscenities multiple times at the judge.  He is obviously a person who has no respect for the law or life.

He accepted a plea deal, and pleaded guilty to one count of first degree murder and one count of second degree murder involving the deaths of his wife, Tiffany Ferguson, and his father-in-law, James Webber.

On November 18th, 2014, in Kalkaska County, Keith Ferguson, 40-years-old, was accused of going to 42-year-old Tiffany Ferguson’s home in the 4700 block of Northwood Lane in Coldsprings Township and killing her.

He then took their children to her father’s home in the 2400 block of County Road 571 in Excelsior Township where he also murdered 63-year-old James Webber in front of his four children.

Ferguson was charged with two counts of homicide, two counts of 1st degree home invasion, one count of kidnapping, one count of wearing body armor during commission of violent crime, one count of possession of bombs with unlawful intent as well as five counts of weapons felony firearm charges.  Those charges were dropped in exchange for his plea.

It is fairly certain that Keith Ferguson will spend the rest of his life behind bars.  A sentencing date has not been scheduled yet.
