WYOMING, MI – On Friday, November 27th, 2015, at approximately 11:45 a.m., the Wyoming Department of Public Safety responded to the report of an armed robbery that occurred at the Lake Michigan Credit Union located at 3870 S. Division Avenue.
The suspect implied that he had a weapon and demanded money from the teller. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash from the teller, he fled on foot and was last seen westbound through the parking lot.
No customers or employees were injured during the robbery.
The suspect is described as a light-skinned black male, in his 50’s, wrinkly face, a mustache, 5’10”, wearing a black stocking cap and black leather jacket with a logo on the front left.
A K-9 tracking dog was sent out with no results.
