Armed Suspects working to Rob Dollar Stores in Detroit (Video)

DETROIT, MI – The Detroit Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating two suspects wanted for an armed robbery that occurred on Detroit’s west side.

On October 16, 2016 at approximately 8:50 a.m., in the 12200 block of Grand River, (not long after attempting to rob Family Dollar), two armed suspects robbed the Dollar General store at gunpoint. The suspects entered the store and acted as if shopping. One retrieved a few items to purchase, while the other stood by and waited for the cashier to open the drawer. Once the register drawer was open, the armed suspect pulled a gun from his waistband, pointed it at the cashier and demanded money. The cashier complied and the suspects fled with an undisclosed amount of currency.

The suspects pictured are to be considered Armed and Dangerous.
