Ingham County Deputy saves Webberville Man’s Life after Suspected Overdose

WEBBERVILLE, MI – On Friday July 14th, 2017, at approximately 11:00 pm, Ingham County Sheriff’s Deputy Rhonda Imeson responded to an address in Webberville for a report of a 29 year old man that was unresponsive.

When Deputy Imeson arrived it was determined that the victim was unconscious and laying against the door preventing it from being opened. Deputy Imeson gained entry by climbing through a window. She was then able to administer a dose of Narcan and the subject regained consciousness a few moments later. The man was transported to the hospital for evaluation.

Sheriff’s Officials said that immediate response times are essential with opioid overdoses and Deputy Imeson is assigned to the Village of Webberville which minimized her response time.
