2nd Man facing Charges in Connection to Murder of 27 yr old Beaverton Man

STANDISH, MI – A second man is facing charges in connection with the shooting death of a 27-year-old Beaverton man on December 22nd, 2017.

On Wednesday afternoon, December 27th, 2017, deputies from the Gladwin County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dominick Dale Harmon, 24-years-old, of Gladwin, for charges in connection to the open Murder case from December 22nd, 2017, that found Blake Vansnepson, 27-years-old, of Beaverton, shot to death at the end of a driveway.

Tre Friend was arrested and has been arraigned on a charge of Open Murder, Carrying a Concealed Weapon and one count of Felony Firearm.

Friend was arraigned in 80th District Court of Gladwin and was given a $1,000,000 bond. He remains locked up in the Gladwin County Jail.

Dominick Harmon was arrested without incident in Standish.  Harmon was later arraigned in Gladwin County 80th District Court for Obstruction/Lying to a Peace Officer during the investigation of the shooting and murder of Blake Vansnepson.

Harmon was given a bond of $5000 cash or surety 10%.
