The pursuit ended outside of Toledo near the truck stops on I-75 and I-280. George Davis shot himself after getting into a shootout with police according to WTOL in Ohio.
Police said that he is in critical condition.
Monday morning three people were shot at a Sunoco gas station at 22700 Fenkell Avenue at about 9:00am and another was found shot on Faust Ave and all are connected to the same gunman.
Davis shot and killed the mother of his child at the gas station along with two others. Police believe Davis was talking to the woman whose car parked at the pump. He then pulled out a gun from his waist band where he shot and killed her along with two others.
He then went to the 15100 block of Faust Ave where he shot and killed his 22-year-old cousin.
Two of the victims at the gas station are in their 20’s. The third is a man in his 40’s or 50’s who was the father of one of the woman killed. He was a Deacon.
The third is a woman by the name of Kristen Thomas, 21-years-old, who was just getting a ride. She was a nursing student.
Authorities are very concerned because Davis has made statements that he wants to kill several people. He has been in contact with his mother who has been pleading with him to turn himself.
