DETROIT, MI – On Nov. 11, 2018, at approximately 2:50 p.m., Detroit police arrested a suspect involved in a sexual assault incident that occurred in the city’s west side. He was arraigned today by the Wayne County Prosecuting Office.
The suspect identified as 28-year old Tyree Davis-Miller was charged with One count of Kidnapping, one count of Criminal Sexual Conduct – 1st degree, one count of Criminal Sexual Conduct – 2nd degree, and one count of Criminal Sexual Conduct – Assault with Intent/Sexual Penetration.
On Nov. 10, at approximately 6 a.m. in the 15500 block of Schoolcraft, an 18-year old
female was approached by unknown suspect at a bus stop in front of a Green Light
location. After a short conversation, the victim walked away. The suspect then pulled
the victim into an alley where he allegedly assaulted her. After the incident the suspect fled on foot.
