Port Huron Man Arrested in DTF Drug Raid

PORT HURON, MI – A 47-year-old Port Huron man was arrested and lodged at the St. Clair County Intervention and Detention Center following a drug raid last week.

According to Sheriff Tim Donnellon, members of the St. Clair County Drug Task Force executed a warrant in the 800 block of Wall Street on November 7th shortly after 6:30p.m. Once inside, the DTF located and seized cocaine, drug paraphernalia and cash.

Frederick Roy Smith was arrested at the residence. He was arraigned on November 8th in Port Huron’s 72nd District Court and charged with two counts of controlled substance second offense. His bond was set at $30-thousand cash/surety. Frederick Smith’s next court date is a probable cause hearing scheduled for November 19th at 9:00a.m.
